Zero to Claude graduation ๐
+ the Go-Giver kickoff
A celebration, a fresh start, and the most fun we will have all summer.

Jam advances with the arrow keys โ
Hi, I'm Jam ๐
I teach non-technical small business owners how to actually use AI. Not the hype. The real, practical, "this changed my Tuesday" version.
If you found me through an ad this week: welcome. You picked a very good day to show up.
Here's what we're doing today
First things first: this is a graduation party
Thirty days ago, a group of Club Jam members opened Claude for the very first time. Some had never touched AI at all.
Day by day they went from setup, to brand voice, to connectors, to skills, to projects, to full AI agents working for their business.
One short lesson a day. Live calls every week. Real businesses, the whole way.
and look at them now...
You did all of this
zero to architect in 30 days ๐
Look what they built in 30 days
Rebuilt her brand voice, created a 7-persona advisory board, wrote 120 TikTok scripts, revamped her loyalty program, and set up a morning briefing system. In one month.
Built her own job board app that pulls from 12 job sites and filters every listing for her students. She has never written a line of code in her life.
Gets a daily briefing email tracking his gigs, contracts, and income pipeline. Put 20 years of event history into his own custom app, hosted for free.
Rebuilt a nonprofit's 10-year-old operations manual in an afternoon, clickable table of contents and all. Now her Chamber of Commerce invites her to speak about AI.
Trained Claude into a true strategic partner. It now tells her the highest-leverage thing to work on each day, with real-world time estimates.
Landed her first AI client before she even graduated, trading a weekend of Claude coaching for a service she needed. Zero to consultant in 30 days.
"They're all mind-blowing to me. I had to ask Claude: what did we all do? Turns out... a lot."
Donna, Zero to Claude graduate ๐
That's what 30 days actually looks like. You build so much you need AI to remember it all.
Don't take my word for it
"Claude is the hardest working and cheapest business partner I could ask for. And Club Jam is the matchmaker, and the coach."
"Over the past few weeks I've completed a number of tasks myself that I was anticipating having to save up for and hire out. I can create presentations and materials in hours, not weeks. I stopped seeing it as artificial intelligence. It's augmented intelligence."
Jeremy Gorenstein
"What would take me weeks and cause me to be late on some tasks now takes me 5 minutes."
"My biggest win was building a page that takes my input sources and outputs every KPI for my business, with cross-validations. This sprint also inspired me to build more automations, and with what I learned, I finished them in days instead of months."
Justin Krakow
"I thought I knew it all. I'm a power Claude Code user. Even I was blown away by all the new features and hidden features I wasn't aware Claude Cowork and Claude Code could do."
"When I first heard about the sprint, I was skeptical because it seemed like it could be overwhelming. I am so glad I joined. Even though I haven't kept up with every single lesson each day, I've already had some incredible outcomes with the lessons I have followed. Thanks Jam!"
David Farr
real members. real businesses. this month.
Let's start summer school โ๏ธ
Everything those graduates just did? The full Zero to Claude training is sitting inside Club Jam right now, and you can start it today.
30 days from now, you are proficient in Claude. One short lesson a day, 5 to 15 minutes. Watch the video, copy the prompt, build the thing.
And here's the part I love: I update this training all the time, because AI changes every single day. You are never learning last month's AI.
Already in Club Jam but behind on Claude? You have all of July to catch up. No guilt, no rush. The lessons are not going anywhere, and I keep adding to them.

Now, about this summer's plot twist...
There's a tiny book called The Go-Giver by Bob Burg and John David Mann. It tells the story of Joe, a salesman burning himself out chasing deals, and the mentor who shows him five laws that quietly run every truly successful business.
The big idea: stop chasing. Start giving. And here's what nobody is talking about: AI is the greatest tool ever invented for giving more.
no, you don't have to read the book ๐
Let me tell you about "the Connector"
this is my favorite part โ
The five laws, in plain English
The Law of Value
Give more in value than you take in payment. Be worth more than you charge.
The Law of Compensation
Your income grows with how many people you serve, and how well you serve them.
The Law of Influence
Put other people's interests first. Always. That's where real influence comes from.
The Law of Authenticity
The most valuable thing you have to give is yourself. Your story, your realness.
The Law of Receptivity
The secret to giving well is staying open to receiving. Yes, this one's hard for us givers.
I ran Day 9 on myself
"Using everything you know about me, help me write MY SIGNATURE STORY: 150 words, first person, the story I tell about why I do this. It should make the right person say 'that's me too.' Give me a 150-word version and a 2-sentence version for my bio."
Most owners have NEVER written this down. I hadn't either.
"I'm not technical. I'm a marketer and a mom who listens to business books at 2x while doing everything else. When I found Claude, I didn't see code, I saw the assistant every small business owner deserves and can't afford to hire. So I started teaching the people the tech world overlooked: the 50-year-old consultant, the esthetician, the magician, the nonprofit volunteer. 7,500 business owners later, the thing I know for sure is this: the owners who win with AI aren't the techiest ones. They're the most generous ones. They use these tools to take better care of their people, and the business follows. That's why everything I build starts with the same question: who could you serve better tomorrow morning?"
Bio version: "Jam teaches non-technical business owners to use AI like they hired their first employee. 7,500 trained, zero jargon, one rule: use it to serve."
you write yours on day 9. i'll be telling mine differently from now on.
The Go-Giver Challenge: 10 days, 10 minutes a day
Starts Monday, June 15 inside Club Jam. Light effort, I promise. Heavy payoff.
One short video
Each morning I explain that day's law and show you a real demo.
One copy-paste prompt
Two prompts per law. You run it on YOUR business, then act on it that day.
One share
Tell the community what happened. Watching everyone's wins is half the magic.
Doing the Claude training too? Perfect. They stack beautifully. The challenge takes 10 minutes.
A taste of the prompts ๐
(you only get all 10 inside)
"I want to reach out to [name]. Here's their role and relationship to me. Here's what I genuinely know and appreciate about them and their work: [your honest notes]. Help me write a short, warm message that is 100% about them. No pitch, no ask, no favor. Make it sound like a text from a friend, in my voice. Give me two versions so I can pick."
Then you send it. That same day.
"Here's what I sell and who I serve: [your business]. Brainstorm 10 small, genuinely useful things I could give away this week that cost me almost nothing but would make my customers' day. Pick the 3 you think would matter most, and help me create the first one right now."
Week two, we build the keepers: your signature giving gesture, a follow-up system that asks for nothing, and your signature story, the one you'll tell about your business for years. Those prompts stay inside the challenge. ๐
This isn't just warm and fuzzy. This is business.
Connection
Your best clients are in your own backyard. You already know them. These 10 days resurrect the relationships that quietly drive your referrals.
Marketing
Give-first content is the content people remember. The helpful thing you made for free is the reason they think of you first.
Sales
The follow-up that asks for nothing is the one that earns the next yes. You'll leave with a system for it, not just a feeling.
Your story
By day 10 you'll have your signature story: who you are, why you give, and why people should work with you. Most owners never write this down.
givers attract. chasers repel.
Two doors. Same room.
Whichever one pulls you, it all lives inside Club Jam.
